What are the requirements for the installation of the rope?
The stabbing rope should be carried out as soon as possible after the completion of the subgrade project,-and the Contractor shall formulate detailed construction-organization design before the construction-and submit it it to the supervision engineer for examination-and approval. The contractor shall, in accordance with the approved construction-organization design, lay out the construction lofting according to the requirements of the drawings-and the actual topography-and ground features, determine the center line of the column, carry out the necessary clearance-and root removal so as to build the barbed rope according to the prescribed gradient-and line shape.
(2) the embedment of the column should be carried out in a piecewise manner. The columns at both ends should be buried first-and then the middle pillar should be placed in the drawing line. Longitudinally, the axis of the column should be in a straight line, not uneven phenomenon; from height, the top of the column should be smooth, not uneven situation.
(3) If there is a break in a line of bayonet rope-or at a road intersection, the space between the columns may be adjusted as necessary. When crossing a river, when the width of both sides of the river is less than 6 m, it should be connected with barbed wire as shown in the drawing-or when the width of both sides of the river is more than 6 m, the barbed wire should be used to terminate the closed connection.
(4) When the drawings require the columns, supports-or anchors to be embedded in the concrete foundation, the Contractor shall install necessary temporary cables-or supports to hold the columns in place until the concrete hardens. During the maintenance of concrete, no material-or components should be installed-or strained on columns, cables-and bracing. All columns shall be laid in line with the drawing requirements-and alignment.
(5) The barbed rope with the required size-and type shall be firmly installed on the hook of the column from the end of the column in the manner specified in the drawing,-or the mesh shall be installed in the frame,-and the connection between the frame-and the column shall be firm. All nets-and wires should be tight without deformation,-and the installation height shall conform to the requirements of the drawings. After the installation of the rope, the foundation of the column must be finally compacted.
(6) Where a high-voltage transmission line passes through a galvanized bayonet rope, the bayonet rope shall be connected to the ground wire in accordance with the provisions of the electric power department.
(7) When the wires are parallel-or close to the bayonet rope-and the wires are above the bayonet rope, the ground wires should be buried at each end-or at intervals not exceeding 400 m,-and the grounding resistance is less than 10_ (ohm).
(8) stab rope should generally be along the terrain. Earthwork must be leveled if necessary to achieve a neat appearance. In low-lying areas, when a sudden change occurs in the vertical section of the ground can not maintain the required net height off the ground, a longer column can be used,-and then pulled on multiple strands of barbed wire. The vertical clearance between barbed wires is equal to-or less than 150 mm. After excavation-or drilling, all columns shall be laid in the approved manner. In general, every 100m interval of the column should be on both sides of the inclined brace to ensure its stability; barbed rope in the change of direction, the column should be set up three-way inclined brace.
